Hi Aris! Sperm develop over a 3 month cycle so the changes can be reflected rather quickly! That’s being said it’s never too early to start and I have found it’s always encouraging for couples to make these changes together. Stopping the use of THC, reducing stress and heat exposure (sauna/hot tub) is also incredibly important for sperm quality.
